How much vertical length can added through chin wing? if you have small lower third in general is it necessary to increase the length of maxilla also because of the proportions? or is chin wing enough? . -

if you have sufficient tooth show and the problem is not a short maxilla (teeth not showing/barely showing when you smile) then to add WIDTH chin wing is enough.
you might need to repeat the procedure 2 times to achieve ideal results. -
